Darkness into Light

Well done to members of Lee Valley Rowing Club for doing 7K at 5:00am for Darkness into Light.

They took part on their ERG's and did it together on a zoom call.

Well done to all for getting up early.

Some members also ran 5K at 5am then took to the water on the beautiful Lee Valley for training.
